General Product Care

Care should be taken when wearing jewelry. Crystal may chips or cracks when hard knocked. Metal may subject to bend. We do not guarantee or warranty against damaged product that results from abuse, misuse or accident.

Silver - Silver is subject to tarnish over the time. Thus necessary care should be taken to keep it in pristine stage. Always keep silver jewelry in a Cordon Bleu Box when not in use and avoid direct contact with perfumes and abrasive cleanser. If tarnish happen, use lint-free cloth to clean and polish. Never use silver liquid cleaner to clean jewelry.

Gemstone – Use diluted soapy water to clean the crystal. Then wipe it dry. Ultrasonic cleaning is not advisable. Some gemstone may crack due to this type of cleaning. Please consult your jeweler for further advice.

Precious Metal – Whether it is plated, filled or 100% genuine yellow and white gold, all jewelries should be cleaned with diluted soapy water only and wipe dry. Store jewelry in pouch provided when not wearing.

Yellow and White Gold Plated – Never use abrasive cleaner to clean plated parts. Plated findings subject to thinning over long term usage. This shall not effect the quality of gemstone.

Stringing –It is advisable to change the stringing cord every year, unless it is hardly worn. With time and usage, silk cord may subject to stretch and susceptible to break.
